Intimate is a free SMS-based prompt game for couples in the United States. Users who sign up through our website and confirm via text message receive a shared prompt via SMS approximately 2–3 times per week from the toll-free number 1-866-680-2180, and each partner's reply is shared with the other.
By submitting the signup form on our website with your own phone number, checking the SMS consent checkbox, and replying YES to the confirmation text, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Intimate about couple notifications at the phone number you provided. Consent is collected 1:1: you may only opt in your own phone number. Your partner must independently sign up on our website (via the invite link you send them) and provide their own consent. You agree not to submit anyone else's phone number on our forms. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies but is typically 2–3 messages per week, plus occasional account, confirmation, and help messages as needed.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Intimate is free; carrier charges are between you and your carrier.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Intimate message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent to that number. To rejoin, you must sign up again through the website.

Intimate works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and Cricket Wireless. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree not to use the service to harass anyone, to submit a phone number you do not have permission to submit, or to misuse the service in any way. You are responsible for the content of messages you send through the service.
Your use of Intimate is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, and confirms that we do not share SMS opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.
Intimate is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for carrier fees, message delivery failures, delays, or interruptions of service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noah Kagan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
